1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Viral Machine platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Viral Machine is an AI-powered content automation platform that processes long-form video content into optimized short-form vertical clips. The Service is currently in private beta and access is provided on an invitation or application basis.
3. Content Rights & Ownership
By submitting content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the content you submit
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have the right to grant us permission to process the content
You retain full ownership of your original content. Processed output files (vertical shorts) derived from your content are delivered solely to you for your own use.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit content you do not have rights to process
- Submit content that violates applicable laws or platform policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the automation infrastructure
- Use the Service for spam, mass distribution, or unauthorized publishing
5. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver processed video files within 48 hours of submission. Processing times may vary based on content length, queue volume, and technical factors. We do not guarantee specific delivery times.
6. No Public Publishing
Viral Machine does not publish content on your behalf or on any public platform. All processed files are delivered directly to you. You are solely responsible for how and where you publish the delivered content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. Viral Machine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the processed output. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Viral Machine platform, including its AI workflows, automation systems, and software infrastructure, is the intellectual property of Viral Machine. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our platform technology.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, particularly in cases of terms violation or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
